Founded in 1989 by the Wharton Small Business Development Center, The Enterprise Center provides access to capital, capacity building, business education and economic development opportunities to high-potential, minority entrepreneurs. Through our portfolio of business-acceleration initiatives, TEC seeks to better position women and minority enterprises to compete in the local, regional, and global economies.

Gabrielle Wanamaker, is also an Associate with ICW Consulting Group, has over twenty years of experience advising corporations and nonprofit organizations on strategic business issues. She works with clients to strengthen strategic business and human resource issues including leadership development, executive coaching, team building, organizational performance, and career management.

Gabrielle’s earliest experience with diversity and inclusion was as a champion of the diversity and inclusion initiative while Vice President, Healthcare Finance with PNC Bank, where she was responsible for a portfolio of nearly $500 million, managed corporate banking relationships and developed financial strategies for numerous organizations throughout the Philadelphia Region.

Gabrielle is a former trustee for the Fielding Graduate University, a member of the Academy of Management and the OD Network.

Gabrielle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a Masters in Human and Organizational Systems and is currently pursuing a doctorate at the Fielding Graduate University. Gabrielle is certified to administer Future Search, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and a number of leadership and trust measuring instruments. Gabrielle is also an adjunct professor in Organizational Development and Leadership at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and a lecturer for NJ Division of Fire Safety through Kean University. She lives in the Philadelphia area.
